I thought this place was going to be the best thing for my girlfriend and my vacation. I looked online at the place, and it looked wonderful. I talked to the guy who runs the place and he came off, willing to let me know the very basic information about place. I asked him to call me back reguarding the cost how much it would cost. I was given a estimate, and everything seemed to be going well. (Day two) I sent him a text asking more questions about the room, and what accommodations came with it. After asking and waiting 24hrs for a text back, I sent another one asking the same question, and my response was" are you going to book it". Now to me as a customer this came off very rude because it seems like they don't want to answer generally asked questions, and it's very un-hospitable. For someone asking close to a grand for 3 nights, you would think that they would treat you better.
What a wonderful experience ! We (two couples) never had a better B&B Our Host and yes chef Jack is five star in every way , knowledgeable friendly and I mean it a true chef ! Seeing him in is chef uniform in his great kitchen preparing ten of his guest a five course breakfast was like watching an artist work their canvas And the rooms Well between the hot tubs shower bigger then my bath room the fire place the wonderful beds and bedding Well just ask Mr.Jack about his Herman Miller lounge chairs Just a wonderful place if your lucky enough to stay there We will be back Mr.Jack thanks the Panzica Family
Went with my wife and 2 other couples (mid 20s) and we enjoyed our stay very much. The place is just as pictured; spacious, well decorated, organized, and very clean. You can tell the owner Jack takes pride in the home just by noticing the details like reallllly high end appliances and solid core doors. We were worried he would be irritated by us since we're younger and took alcohol and stayed out/up late, but he was very nice to us throughout our stay. Jack is a great cook as well. He made excellent breakfast that even impressed my Chef wife. If we ever went back to this area we would for sure want to stay here again.
Great weekend away! Jack is a great host and cook. Pigeon Creek Inn is very modern, has a lot windows to view creek and woods, and is kept immaculately clean. Close to Holland and Grand Haven as well as picturesque areas along Lake Michigan. We will definitely return soon.
Lovely rooms, a cozy common area, delicious breakfast (made by Jack himself), and a beautiful surrounding outdoor area. We intend to come back. (:
