I don't write many reviews but after reading the negative one, I had to respond. Bonnie's place is a historic place that was a pleasure to stay at. Bonnie was extremely friendly and offered great suggestions on what to do in Holland. The breakfasts were wonderful. Personally, I am shocked to read someone claim racism when they called to use their shower? Bonnie is very welcoming to all people and we enjoyed our time there. Do not hesitate to give Bonnie a call and stay and the Parsonage.
A lovely home with a great hostess! Bonnie is very personable and helpful. The Parsonage is close to downtown and the neighborhood is very pleasant with unique architecture we enjoyed walking through. Her pancakes are famous as well as her award winning flower gardens. I would recommend!!

I called for rates and availability and I wasn't given and info as soon as I told them I was local, and just needed to rent a place to use the showers as my wc is being renovated.
Hopefully this review will tell you what type of ppl these are. Also be aware that the area is not a good location.
I have stayed at the Parsonage numerous times for business & pleasure. Every time I am greeted with a warm welcome from Bonnie the inn keeper. The B & B is exceptionally clean, has very comfortable beds and a breakfast featuring Bonnie's famous and delicious pancakes. For anyone with special diet concerns, there are other options too. Filled with wonderful antiques, the decor is a visual feast. Overstuffed chairs are great for lounging. Bonnie has a vast assortment of videos and cds that can accommodate anyone's tastes. I have enjoyed the private patio outside and also, the covered front porch taking in the quiet, yet convenient neighborhood. Wonderful place. Even more wonderful owner! I will be back!
