This place is disgusting, deplorable, shiesty, and pathetic. I do not recommend staying here. I suggest you stay in a homeless shelter before getting mixed up with this sketchy place and it's shiesty owner.
So when I told Lynn that I will be taking my money elsewhere she proceeded to tell me that I owed her cheap ass for two more weeks because she gave me the monthly rate. What Lynn fails to realize is that her hotel promises a good night stay which I never received. So technically I owe you nothing since my stay at your piss poor establishment not only stressed me out but it also put my wife at risk of having a miscarriage.
This place also comes with a set of rules that are two pages long. The paper says if you break these rules you can be kicked out. In my 14 days there I literally witnessed all of these rules being broken.
I stayed here for two nights and have to say it's an "economy hotel". Hotels in the area wanted twice as much for a room, so my wife and I decided to stay here (since we were not planning to spend much time in a hotel room.) The facility and rooms were clean, but it seems to be setup more for an extended stay, than one or two nights. The room had a microwave, stove top and a small table. The bed was a small stiff twin and had sheets that were clean but had a consistency of cardboard.
Their monthly rate is based on a 28 day cycle, so you do not get a full 30 days.
I've stayed in some really nice hotels all over the U.S and in Canada ($200 a night) and this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've been in motels that are nicer than this place. Number 1 the place has roaches. In my 14 days there I saw at least one a day. Complained to management and they finally acted as though they did something about it on my last day there. During my stay I was awaken by the trailer trash couple next door and their mating sounds. (4:30 am every morning) I get it that everyone has sex but when you're having sex like two gorrillas in the mist and shaking my bed and the picture on the wall? That is where I draw the line. 14 days in a row. The owner Lynn refused to rectify the situation, which lead me to believe that these people were related to her in some way. Seeing that I wasn't the only one who complained about these beasts in room 205. This place has cheap college dorm esk furniture and a full size bed that's just as comfortable as sleeping on the floor.
the rooms were quite nice. The service was awesome. Great location as well
I'm rating this place as low as I possibly can. My girlfriend and I just needed a place to unwind that wasn't too expensive and we landed here at Woodspring Suites. Worst mistake we've ever made as far as staying in hotels goes. This place is supposed to be an "extended stay hotel", but we can find no reason why it should even be considered for a one night stay. The beds are as hard as a slab of concrete, the halls and room smell like a grease pit of a fast food restaurant with a light floral cover up, and everything seems to have been constructed from the cheapest materials by the lowest bidder. Horrible place to stay!
If you stay on the northwest end of the hotel, know it's adjacent to a Discount Tire. It wasn't something I thought about, until my wife and I were awoken by busts of an air gun removing a tires. Chad, the desk clerk was nice and helpful. At the end of the first day, we returned to find our room key didn't work. A quick phone call later and Chad he was at the desk taking care of use.
I have proof of the roaches but Google is being biased and won't let me post them. Nice job Google, no wonder I ended up there.
Worst hotel ever! Rooms stink shower didn't work microwave didn't work. My child wet the bed they gave me a attitude about getting clean linen and top it off with both my kids got the flu and i was asked to leave because my 5 year old hot sick on the floor in the room which mind you i cleaned up myself and had i not askedfor a vacuum to finish they would have never known. They used someone smoking I the room for an excuse to throw us out and not a shred of evidence against me. I wasn't gonna argue as i wanted to enjoy my vacation and this place made it miserable. Do not go here they are a rip off. They don't clean the rooms nor provide soap or shampoo to a guest. Rented at Baymont of gr and they are amazing.
The elevator Smells like German Shepherd poop with a hint of febreeze and the hallways reek.of marijuana.
