We have stayed at the Holland Best Western a few times. We keep coming back. The staff is very helpful. The hot breakfast is good and the indoor pool are great features.
Everything was top notch besides the room itself I thought. I prefer a sink and mirror in the bathroom, not in the hotel room area. Fan in bathroom didn't work I thought, we let them know as we left so they said it was just a very quiet fan. I couldn't tell a difference work it off or on. Our room was next to elevator and ice machine, I pretty much woke up all night to noises because of the high traffic area our room was located. That said staff was super friendly, beds comfy, morning hot breakfast was delicious and opened as early as 6 which was nice.
The lobby was so nicely decorated for the holidays that we took family pictures by the fireplace.
Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the few hotels in the area that still are willing to deal with cash. One big perk for my wife and I was the fact that the pool and spa were open 24 hrs. With 21 and over only after a certain time. Price was also great. Highly recommend this hotel.
Great lodging and great breakfast. After a long week, this place will help you unwind, lay back, and get a great night of sleep. There is a decent selection of channels to choose from. Comfortable beds. Good service and hospitality. Plenty of parking. Location is in a good area. Unfortunately, the pillows are down pillows which wasn't good for me since I really enjoy being colder when I'm sleeping. So I was a little warm and uncomfortable, but they did have a full functioning ac built-in unit beneath the window that I used to chill the room. Overall, a great stay.
What a pleasant experience!! From the moment we walked in the doors, Scott was so helpful, recommending places to eat and activities in Holland. Breakfast each morning was superb, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Our room was clean and well cared for. Thanks for a great weekend, Best Western!
