The staff was very kind. They called the room to make sure everything was okay a few minutes after I arrived. They we're also very accommodating in the a.m. I had to be to work right about the time their continental breakfast opened. They allowed me to grab some breakfast early and were very helpful. As an added bonus they have coffee and cookies in the lobby, however I do question tongs as the appropriate utensil for getting the cookies. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Excellent place to stay. I had the pleasure of being the one of the first guests when this place opened so many years ago. The quality and service is as good as it was then. I will be back. Highly recommend staying here. :-)
I don't know why some people have written negative comments. I liked here. Room was clean and neat. Room has everything what I need or I might need. The staff was awesome. They are really nice and helpful. They have breakfast and breakfast times are good. Parking easy. I didn't use the pool I don't have idea. They have 25 hours cookie and coffee. Perfect here.
Had a couple guests stay over at Christmas. Breakfasts were great, good variety and portions. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, all excellent. Would recommend for a versatile location in Holland, it's close and convenient to everything.
Everything has been great, the bed is just too firm for me. Location is a bit difficult to get to. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Place is very clean. I would stay here again and would recommend it
