Worst Panda Express experience ever! Food was cold. Half of the food was not available. Black chunks in the sweet and sour sauce. Oil was old and left black crumbs all over the spring rolls. I only chose the spring rolls because the egg rolls were not available. I heard the staff complaining of dirty dishes to other staff and proceeded to use the same dirty dish to scoop my food onto my plate! Do not go here!
SEXY ORANGE CHICKEN. I went here and taste tested the orange chicken, comparing it to P.F Changs $20 "Orange Peel Chicken." It sucked and it had chemicals in it, so I sued P.F Changs and using Panda Express' Orange Chicken as evidence, got $1 million and closed down 1 location. Visit my YT for more info.
Last couple visits most of the food looked old and unappealing. On top of that there were observable food safety issues from my place in line.
I come here every time I pass through Holland. The food is always delicious and hot. I've had some of the best customer service at this location compared to the Chicago locations I visit. I'll be back!
Gave Panda Express a try three times because I've never had it before.Each time It was disappointing in this bland and nasty imitation of Chinese food. Really wanted to like it but every taste disgusting. Go to a real Chinese joint and not this.
