Good fast and always friendly. Our kids love little Caesars pizza and we love the prices.
I've worked customer service and i know the job sucks but that was unwarranted. I live right around the corner and usually go there once every few weeks but now that i see how much value they put into their customer service I'll find some other cheap pizza place to go.
I walked in to this location today and as i stood by the counter I saw the two kids argue about who would help me. The one who "lost" was too busy playing on her phone. I was lucky enough to see how much of an inconvenience i was to her. She dramatically rolled her eyes and sighed.
Again another crappy Little Cesars location. If the two in Holland are owned by the same person he should be ashamed. This location has been going downhill and deserves a 1* been a few times where it is drive-thru only, wait in line for 10 minutes, ask for my pizza and told one time I have to wait 10 more minutes and another time I couldn't have the hot and ready I wanted. Why close down the inside? Service is marginal except on guy that is older is pretty nice. The wait for a hot and ready I can never see being more than 5 minutes but have been told on a few occasions 20 minutes! Yes I know they can get busy but it's hot and ready......should be on top of that.
Drive thru slow. Especially if they 9 times out of 10 it's for hot & ready. Next time I'll just walk in.
The employee taking the order was very nice even after they made my order wrong the ones making pizza were very unprofessional
