The location by my work is great, so I thought I would try this location again. Horrible again. I ordered "wet" traditional wings and some potato wedges. Wedges were overcooked and had a bunch of fried mystery clumps and even a few traditional fries. They were gross. I ordered two flavors of wings, the first flavor was barely sauced and only lukewarm. I decided to eat all of those first then move to the second flavor. When I made it to the second flavor, these wings were barely sauced as well, but at least still hot. Which means that the other flavor was sitting for a long time. I was sitting at the bar and was never offered silverware and was not provided any napkins. I got my silverware from another patron who had extra. I had one beer, which sat empty for the majority of my meal with no offers to refill until I was done. I declined, paid, and left. Waste of my money and time.
Ps: sorry to the manager, he wasn’t too happy we stole an extra table to fit more folks into our group.
Slow service. Watched the waitress stir a beer that sat too long at the service station to make it look fresh then serve it to a customer. Food was slow to come out. Saw what I believe were 2 managers (guy in a blue shirt and guy in a dark shirt) hanging out in the kitchen and wandering around not really doing anything. Seemed everyone had to finish their conversation before they could take of the customers from the time we stepped up to the host station.
Group of 40 hockey family walks in with no reservation and the service from the kitchen staff, Linnea, and Quintin was amazing!!! We always choose BW3 as our go to eatery in any city we visit since the tablets are a big hit with the kids but we never have service that manages to get food and drinks out to our big crowd in a decent amount of time. This experience has been tops. Drinks taken by Q and food by L, parents ordered for the kids and it worked perfectly.....Thank you so much for the incredible experience, no one was hungry, no one had to wait for refills, and we all wished every BW3 had a Linnea and Quintin. Great job!
Smashed burgers?! More like lazy. I ordered my burger medium, as usual, but "they don't do that anymore." Instead they smash them until they're cooked to well done... talk about tough and dry! $12 for a crappy smashed burger and fries is unacceptable... Not to mention it can get expensive fast and it usually takes a while to get your food. The prices just keep going up and quality keeps going down....
Good food. Friendly service. Just it's pricey.
I won't be back to this location. I had a really bad experience a few months ago where my order was never put in to the kitchen and I was forgotten about by the server. After I reminded them of my presence and order, it came out and was horrible.
