Would give 0 stars if I could solely because they damaged my phone's sim card slot , When they tried to install it. The sim card slot then damaged, so now my phone can't recognize the sim card and has problems. Will go to another T-mobile store that knows what they're doing.
Shaun was the the most helpful manager ive ever worked with, he is very nice very patient and helped me and resolved all of my phone issue with no hassle. So happy tmobile holland is finally open!! Everyone who wants a great experience go to the tmobile of holland!! Never going to grandville or rivertown ever again
