Busy cell store but extremely knowledgeable, and friendly staff. However appointments mean nothing. I had a 6 p.m. at 630 I left. And they verified my apointment on arrival.
So patient and helpful! I went for a cellphone for my parents and got that, AND saved $100 a month on my internet/tv with a year of NFL for hubs. :)
I like at&t got some really nice friends I got to meet there. They are all very helpful. And got to have a lot of patient to deal with me.ive been going there for at least 4 yrs and some.
Walked in at 9am, two people working but only one person can actually help you. But even though I was first to walk in he took someone who had an appointment. Sorry I work full time and don’t have an hour to sit around. Ridiculous service!
Had our need met but had to wait a LONG time before hand, too long. Otherwise staff was professional, polite and helpful.
