Fast forward to about a week later, after going to 5 other stores, we ended up finding a different model (more expensive) that had exactly what we wanted. We decided to go back to ABC and see if they could help us. We were introduced to Zack, the general manager, and he was able to get us the exact one we wanted, and it was cheaper than the sale price at Home Depot. Both Zack and Andrew were courteous, down to earth and very knowledgeable on the products. They made the whole experience just that much easier and enjoyable.
Our favorite place to shop for electronics/appliances in the greater Holland area. ABC always has great deals and much knowledge about the items they sell. Zach is our go to guy. Highly reccomend him if you have questions before purchasing. Not only does he give it to you straight, he also will let you know when best deal is available.
We needed to buy a new stove and one of the first stores we went to, was ABC warehouse. We were greeted by Andrew, one of their salesmen, and he listened intently as we described what we were looking for. After a few minutes, he took us around to see the different stoves that had all of the features we wanted. We found a Whirlpool one that my husband and I both liked, but the price was a little out of our budget. Andrew excused himself for a couple of minutes and came back with a price that was not only under our budget but also cheaper than the same model at Lowe’s. My father taught me to never buy the first “thing” you see and to check out other places before making a final decision. I told Andrew that and he said he understood and didn’t attempt to pressure us to buy, buy, buy like some salesmen do! He did let me know that if we were to come back to ABC, he could guarantee that they could beat any other stores price.
My growing 6 ft son needed a longer mattress and we needed appliances for our new house. Yikes, big bucks, right? No! Not for J.T. at ABC Holland. He found us the perfect tall, skinny frig and an extra long mattress for the best prices in town. In 3 short days our items were delivered and Dirk arranged for quick pick-up of the old monster frig. Home at last. Thanks ABC!
Suffice to say, after having such a positive experience with ABC Warehouse, they will be our first stop always fit our future purchases.
Outstanding service from ABC Warehouse. I’m very analytical in nature and so was very surprised at the wealth of knowledge Dirk had when it came to televisions. In addition he provided excellent costumer service. I was actually 2 seconds from a Best Buy purchase. I had the invoice, etc. then my brother said let’s try across the street and so glad I made the decision. Got a brand name TV with many more features and saved a lot comparatively on the TV and accessories. Plus he was not pushy thus operating in a perfect middle. Hard to find that level of service in today’s world. Will definitely come back!
