How does that work? ?? They are crooks
Most of the sales and tech people are nice to deal with. Brandon on the other hand was unprofessional and rude. I will not work with him again this is the second time and I'm done. He used to be the tech in the back and had troubles with him back there. I'm done dealing with him. I will wait the next time. Sprint needs to do something about him.
Caleb is by far one of the rudest individuals I've spoken with in a very long time. His self righteous belief that he knows everything is by far the lowest form of customer service available. The fact that he said that this store has the best customer service around was an immediate indication that they don't. In fact, it is most likely the exact opposite for the area. Someone of a regional management level should be held accountable for correcting the process here to avoid further damage to the sprint brand.

My husband went to Spint at Holland today, because his phone doesn't work, he brought our own IPhone to store tried to ask them put a SIM card in, Then didn't help him out, just told him they are busy, can't help and let him call Sprint customer service asking mail a SIM card, my husband drove all the way from South haven to Holland, and they said there are busy can't do anything, that's fine, and my husband ask them when is our contract end, the guy said 4 month later, and my husband ask them exactly which month, he got answer back 4 month later again and won't tell him March or April, very upset him, and he mad, finally manager came to him and tell him our contract will be end on March, we just want nice & kind service, atleast got respect from those people, Never ever use Sprint service again!
Andrew is very helpful. Mo not so much. Wonder if they have to lie to work there. Pay insurance on a phone and it takes 2 weeks to get a new one. They said we should be grateful because they upgraded the phone. Also battery wasn't under warranty because phone was manufactured 16 months ago, only had the phone 10 months. Had only 12 month warranty ????
