Haven’t been to the gym in over a year and live across the state now. Trying to cancel my membership but the only way they will let you cancel is to come in person or write a certified letter via snail mail. Who still makes people write letters? I will have to go buy envelopes just to cancel a memebership I haven’t used in over a year. Thanks planet fitness.
I'm a single mom and really don't have the opportunity to get out whenever I'd like to so I usually quickly go tan on my lunch breaks.
I've got to get back to work and have had it now on multiple occasions that I've gone in and had to go right back out because they want me to wait 8 minutes even though I see the majority of the beds are open.
I've been with PF for over a year now but if this terrible policy continues I plan on cancelling my membership and going somewhere that is more considerate of their customers time.
My BIGGEST complaint is the hours, I get that it's based in Holland where pretty much nothing is open, or closes super early but I thought ALL centers we're supposed to be 24/7. It is inconvenient to have to rush through my day so I can make it to the gym on time.
Clean, respectful (except the tall Asian dude who works there-he's kind of a jerk). The rest of the staff other than the previously mentioned are great. They make me feel like I belong and they motivate me to keep coming back. I can't say enough about how clean this place is. The employees are always cleaning the bathrooms or getting the trash bins with the spray bottles cleaned out. I love it. Won't go to another gym but I just wish they would go 24 hours all 7 days again. This is the only reason my friends won't sign up here. Change it back already!
This new sign up policy is absolutely ridiculous if you come in at 2:31 that you have to sign up for 2:40 then sit and wait when not a single bed is in use! Seriously what other business would make you sit and wait for a product or service that's ready right now?!?
Nice place. I wish they had more variety with the weighted equipment though.
