This is a top-notch gym! I dropped in over the holidays and was welcomed by the friendly coaches and members. I was impressed by how thoroughly and expertly they ran their program. The atmosphere was fun and motivating and the coaches embodied fitness excellence. I look forward to dropping in again when I’m in town.
We dropped in 5 times while visiting South Haven. This box is top notch! The programming and coaching were excellent. The community was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We'll definitely drop in each year when we visit SoHa. The workouts are tough and the athletes are, too! One of my favorite drop-ins ever! Very impressed!
I returned this past weekend and it was just as I remembered. I walked in and Paul looked at me and said. "You have been here before haven't you?" Went in Paid my drop in fee, and then AJ (Coach) looks at me and, same thing. "You've been here before". I had the delight of working out with this amazing group for 2 days! (And another Saturday Partner WOD) If I lived here, this would be my Box and 2nd home. Great group of serious athletes with no attitude and a friendly inclusive space.
My first Drop in class here was November of 2014 and it was a welcoming fantastic experience. The Members were friendly and the coaching great. It was a Partner WOD and I had someone walk up right away and ask if I would partner with them. Gym Clean and Equipment top rate.
