Been coming here for years, always have a pleasant experience. Only thing that could make it better would be free wifi, as signal is poor at the shop, and can't use internet reliably while waiting.
Went here to get the air in my tires checked. The weather was awful, I never had to leave car. They were quick and very nice.
WATCH THIS PLACE! We put new tires on my husband's Jeep, and picked it up after hours. The receipt was on the passenger seat, and when I looked at it, I saw they stuck a $100 charge on my husband's debit card for repair/replacement "insurance" ! We weren't offered this as an option, we didn't want it, and they just added it onto the bill and charged us for it. When I called and spoke to the person that handled our transaction, he said, "Sorry about that" and then said if we want the charge removed we have to drive back to Discount Tire to do it, because he said he has to swipe our card. Interesting how businesses can charge and refund a debit or charge card online or over the phone when they want to... I called Discount Tire and spoke with the manager the next day and told him I know he can do a refund over the phone. SURPRISE! He COULD do it over the phone and did!
Great people excellent, honest advice about anything to do with tries or wobbles on your car. You can trust these guys.
This place is like a well oiled machine. I came here after getting a more expensive quote elsewhere. The staff is friendly, helpful, and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. If you are walking in be aware they are BUSY! I ended coming back the next morning before they opened and there was already a line but they got me done in a hour or so. And the price was exactly what they quoted.
