I just wanted to take the time to thank Christian Brothers Automotive in Holland Michigan for the outstanding service on my 328i BMW. I used to have it serviced in Grand Rapids, and after a horrible experience I decided to look elsewhere. I chose Christian Brothers and could not be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in to the shop I was greeted by Amanda Stechly, Service Advisor and Rich Ocasio, Service Manager. Rich really took the time to listen to my problems and concerns, at that point I knew I was in the right place! I had a complete brake job done days later and was totally satisfied with the results. Dan Ketchum the Service Technician took the time to show me how my brakes needed to be replaced. I have never had someone actually show me and explain in detail what needed to be done. Also, he went the extra mile to paint the new parts with a silver metallic hi temperature paint, to prevent rust. He showed me the before and after, amazing! In addition to that, I waited for the car and was very comfortable in the surroundings, they treat you like a king, with beverages and snacks, even fresh fruit. Thank you so much Christian Brothers, my car and I now have a reputable, awesome place for service!
I brought a vehicle (actually TWO vehicles) that I was considering purchasing to Christian Brothers Automotive for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. Boy, am I glad I did! I have NEVER had such a thorough inspection AND explanation of the repairs that were needed on the vehicles. They explained which items were safety concerns, which items could potentially wait and which items were non-essential repairs. They showed me videos of where the parts were located on the car and how they operated and why the repairs were important! I cannot stress the value in having a pre-purchase inspection done by Christian Brothers! They saved me from making a terrible mistake in purchasing a used vehicle for my son! DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE WITHOUT FIRST TAKING IT TO CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE!!!!
They were incredibly helpful and kind! Very knowledgeable people. My father is a car guy who lives three hours away and they understood my situation and offered beneficial help in relaying the information to him and educating me. I highly recommend them!
Christian Brothers is a fine auto repair establishment. Came to my aid after some 2017 Labor Day cross state driving broke my Toyota. They handled my repair well - professional, completed on time as promised (important since I'm out of town). This quality is usual for a luxury dealership but rarely seen in most auto repair places. Nicely maintained shop with 8-9 bays, very neat and clean waiting area, offer drinks to customers. Received regular text messages with updates on vehicle progress, picked me up via courtesy shuttle from car rental nearby, called me a week after my repair to inquire on my experience. It was my first visit there, wonderful experience overall, I would highly recommend Christian Brothers!
Excellent and honest service every time. We have trusted both of our vehicles to them since they opened in Holland. The owners, Dave and Cindy, are always very friendly and helpful. It is evident that customer service is a top priority. They also stand behind their work. Several months ago, we had the rear brakes and rotors replaced. Recently, we noticed a scrapping sound coming from the brakes so we took the car back in to be looked at. They readjusted the brakes at no charge and fixed the problem.
