This was my first time dealing with Enerprise. Costumer Service went above and beyond my expectations! I was assigned to rent a compact car. The price was reasonable. I told Michael, the Enterprise Rep. that I didn't know how I'm going to get all my stuff into the compact car. Michael gave me a great deal! It was a free upgrade to a minivan. I was so blessed by their service! I would recommend Enterprise!!
It is 2017, meaning that there is a lot of technology available for business, yet at least 5+ times in the past 6 months I reserved a car at the local franchise online, only to be called and told they have no cars! While I appreciate the fact that they called, I find it hard to believe that inventory management, online and physical can certainly be accounted for much more accurately in today's world. I can't do business like this. Done

I've never rented a car from enterprise before, but they will be the only ones I use from now on. They picked me up from the shop and got me into my rental quick. The staff is absurdly nice and the rental was extremely clean. Although getting into the accident sucked, enterprise made the whole ordeal so much easier.
