The office was absolutely filthy!!. The staff was rude . I was trying to help out 4 lovely ladies who did not speak English. I felt these ladies would have been taken far more advantage of if I had not been with them. As it was I feel they were still taken advantage of. Unfortunately the rental acoss the street had just rented out their last car for the day and we were forced to return to Avis. The rental acoss the street Enterprise was about a 3rd less. I will NEVER rent from Avis again. Certainly not the one in Holland MI. They are an embarrassment to this company
The store manager isn't the most customer oriented however the rest of the staff are great. The building is falling apart but I've never had an issues with me rental.
This place has become a let down. Used to be great, until they just started hiring just anybody. The people they hire now make you not want to spend money there at all.
Dont deserve a 1 but went to go rent a vehicle and denied us because our credit score was low. Well let me say this enterprise will always get my service. Screw you as you didnt get our money.
