VERY POOR SERVICE.
On 12/27, my sister and I were driving home to Wisconsin on 196 when we hit a patch of ice and slid off the road. The car was stuck in the snow and wouldn't start. We were towed to Crown Honda to have it checked out. Melissa was so helpful and efficient in getting the car looked at and making sure we were comfortable while we waited. It had been a stressful day but Melissa went above and beyond to make sure we were treated extremely well. The service was excellent and Melissa is a real asset to Crown Honda. Thank you.
I normally go to Crown Toyota on Chicago drive, I've never waited for more than 30 minutes there.
Scheduled an oil change appt for 12:30, showed up for my appt at 12:20 (early) they did not take my car back until 12:45pm and then to compelte the oil change it took 1.15 hours. I was there waiting for a total of 1.5 hours total. I asked what was taking so long and no one seemed to care or ack'd the fact that it had taken this long.
I took my accord in there for recall parts. Which they did but trying to convince me to get my car tune up through them was irritating. I turned them down 3 times knowing getting your car fixed through a dealer is more expensive.

The lady at the front desk got snippy at me because I was reading what I was signing. She did a huff and got a sudden tone. Lady....you should always read what you sign...Always.
Never again will I be back to Crown Honda.
