Every interaction was positive, caring and felt like we were dealing with family. Brought my 2016 Ford Flex in to have tires rotated. The service rep (wish I remembered his name) was amazing!!!! Great customer service. They were extremely busy and forgot to fix a small broken plastic part inside my car but, the customer service was so good I figured I’ll just have them do it next time!!
Service was prompt, efficient and timely. The service department goes out of their way to make you feel valued and the customer lounge is stocked with complementary snacks reading material, beverages with a business center located adjacent. Great dealership!
Working with Lindsey DeRoo on purchasing my new vehicle was a great experience. She worked with us through the whole process in a friendly and professional manner. She worked hard to get us the vehicle we were looking for in the really short time frame we had. Thanks Lindsey! Edited to add - although it really wasn't Lindsey's fault due to a short time frame, they did not have the color or options that I wanted for the vehicle I purchased. Also - They did a very poor job in valuing our trade-in and under-valued it by about $2,000. After purchase care has been absolutely AWFUL, hence the 1 star review. The service department has NEVER treated me with respect and has wasted my time MANY times. Also - at one point - they gave my car back to me smelling of perfume. I am HIGHLY allergic to perfume and it gives me migraines. When I complained, they denied my complaint and stated no-one wore perfume or cologne in my car - it was obvious they had. They treated me as potential money, not as a person.
Took my 03 Ford Focus there to get fixed. When I picked it up the issue was fixed but they broke my door handle. Was told they would call me when the new one came in but never got a phone call back. Called two times after that. We will have someone call you. Never got a call back. I was honest with them and said the drivers door was already broke I don't want that fixed just please fix what you broke. Will never go there again.
