I had taken down a bad review because I was asked to but going back through me files I realized how bad I got screwed by this company, I had cancelled my policy and this company still pulled hard earned money from my account , I never got the full amount back. Yes the people are nice, but so every other company that is OVERCHARGING YOU FOR INSURANCE! I now have a different insurance company and I'm saving about $800.00 every six months for full coverage. If you have had a DUI in the past 7 years I'm Michigan it will come up if you go with this company ( thanks Ian for this information) instead go with FLO and start saving money PROGRESSIVEly when you go online.

Over the years I've had a number of different state farm agents due to moves I have made. Most of them have been pretty good. However, after being transferred to Zeke I quickly realized he is a step above the rest. Not only is he very knowledgable in what he does but its also very clear that he cares a lot about his clients and wants what is best for them. He took more time explaining our policies and options to my wife and I than anybody I've had in the past. I would and do highly recommend Zeke's office to anybody I know or meet.
