Horrible Service. The people I have spoken with in this agents office are rude. They dropped our coverage with zero notification and had us labeled as a high risk because we were late on making our payment. The person I last spoke with called me a liar when I had documentation to prove that they had never contacted us to inform us of anything wrong with our account. No phone calls, no mail, and no email. Do not trust these people with your business find someone else

Customer service is lacking. They still owe me part of my reimbursement ( only had contacted them 4 times just for that). when I made a claim for being hit and claims department totaled my car, since I did not contact the office they were unaware of the situation and kept charging me while we negotiate the value of my car.
Quick response, quick turn around on quote, easy to talk to, friendly, and professional. Pricing was also competitive, but it was the staff that made me choose them. Personable and easy going, would recommend 10/10.
I have been insured with Kevin Condon's office for awhile now. Recently I had to file a claim (first time filing a claim so it was a little scary). I am just wanting to mention what a wonderful agent he is and his team is great! Customer service is always understanding and willing to help. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns I have had are always resolved. They treat me like family. I would recommended his agency in a heartbeat.
The amount of run around I got with state farm was ridiculous. They would have me call one department then that department would say I had to talk to the department I just got off the phone with. They acted like they don't work you....
