Went in front a pretrial makeup session to see if I wanted to book for my wedding, the makeup looked good in the salon. As soon as I went outside in day light my foundation was splotchy and where she covered my blemishes you could SEE the dark product she used. I am so upset $40 and $10 tip down the drain.

This review is coming from a guy, so keep that in mind. I'm quite overwhelmed whenever I go in there, gift shopping for my wife or daughter. The place has a ridiculous amount of makeup, hair and beauty products. I have no complaints with customer service, the employees have always been very helpful, to me. I know my wife loves this place as well, and would also give it a five star rating. I quite often go to Lowe's, ( one of the neighboring stores in the plaza ), and my wife will go to Ulta. I'm always out long before her, and I spend a lot of time looking at tools! All in all, I have no complaints. Again that's from a man's perspective. Hope that helps!
This store gets one star simply for one VERY rude employee who works there. On multiple occasions she has been nothing but rude to me as well as others coming and going from the store. Ultra should start worrying about their customer service technices, we've decided to take our business elsewhere.
I got my hair cut in their salon by Tia. I will definitely always ask for her. The haircut she gave me was the first I have ever been utterly pleased with, and she styled it in a way that I was happy to go out in right away rather than go home and fix it myself. She really puts time into her work and she's amazing and polite.
