My husband and I walked in at 5:30pm when they close at 7pm. I wanted a manicure and he wanted a pedicure. There were TWO others in the shop and they told us "We don't have time"!!!
Excellent service, relaxed atmosphere, they do wonderful work. Very reasonably priced.
Possibly the worst pedicure ever. Literally didn't even remove all of my nail polish, slapped some green salt on the front of my legs and let it sit. Didn't trim my cuticles...he acted like he was (one pull per toe, not actually trimming them!!), slapped a couple of hot towels on my leg and let them dangle...like...what's the point? I honestly highly doubt this guy has a license. If you're old and tired and don't want to provide a service...why are you there?? They suck!!!
I have been going to Kim's for years. I most enjoy the fact the the owners are always kind and welcoming and care about me and my family. They take special care to always do a great job, and my nail jobs (manis, pedis, Shellac and full sets) have all lasted as long as I expect them too.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They didn't get anything I asked them right. I asked for descending gemstones and I got all the same size. I got my nails done and got ridiculed and made fun of for the shape of my nail then after I told her I didn't like it she had an attitude the rest of the time she did my nails. She told me "I am not a doctor I can't fix that" yet I've had them done the way I wanted every other place I've been to. She nicked my sister and I and then blamed it on the shape of the acrylic we got (both being different) and didn't even apologize. I was very very dissatisfied and would never in a million years reccomed anyone going here and I will never be back.
