They reupholstered one of our treatment tables in our clinic and did a beautiful job with it. Communication to get it done was less than par- they wanted me to come in a choose a fabric when their hours are minimal and we operate all day long so there was no chance I was coming in. All we needed was vinyl and they finally proceeded with it. Chuck called and was super rude saying they haven't been paid. Our account specialist was on vacation not in the office and I told him they would cut them a check very soon and he was very rude about it. Overall I would say they're not very genuine people-very much only in it for money. Make sure to pay them right away because they're a small company and they'll whine about it.
The fabric work was great, but you'd think for $800 they would have refinished the woodwork on my antique chair.
