high quality build for a life time
We bought a $5,000 Baker couch here last Fall and the cushion covers came apart at the seams in the first six months. After promising to replace them, the store did nothing and it's now 4 months later and the couch is unusable and the people at the store are not responding to calls or emails (while other far less expensive couches in the house look perfect!) We're shocked at the lack of customer service both from Harbour Bay and from Baker. Needless to say, we can't recommend this store!
This is the highest quality furniture you'll find in my humble opinion, especially if you want something in leather. They have a great showroom and they have excellent customer service. It can be somewhat expensive but I'd consider it worth it if you're trying to get furniture that really lasts.
