We bought a sectional here just last week. Unwrapped packaging to find it had tear damage. It was so unbelievably packaged I’ve never seen something so “well” packaged. Would have been impossible to inspect upon pickup. The tear was hidden beneath the packaged pillows. Called to arrange repair or return. They refused to repair or return the item. Absolute BS. Will never purchase an item here again.
Chairs came quickly as ordered. Sales person was kind and helpful. Delivery men were also friendly and kind. Overall very good experience.
