My brother had a lot of pain in his ear. We took him here to see what was wrong with him. He has tubes in his ears and he had liquid coming out with a fever. The doctor said he was fine but he wasn't. Worried, my parents took him to his specialist and right away he told them that he had a ear infection l. Do not recommend this place, its very slow and it takes forever to get seen by a doctor.

If I could I would leave a minus one star. My mom called this office and it took them 5 days to call back. My mom was not home when the call came so she called them back. It has now been 3 days and they have not called her. She had lost her dentures and needs teeth! I would definitely NOT recommend this Intercare Community Health Network to anyone.....its really sad. Apparently they do not care about their potential clients.

They force you to come in for a med check and, now, FOUR days later, I'm still waiting for my md to send my meds to the pharmacy. He also got up after answering a personal phone call 5 minutes into my appt, said he had to go help his ADULT son and just left me sitting there. I've called at least 10 times trying to get help on resolving the problem but, no one will return my call. Not a nurse, a supervisor...no one. I've had it. Unless you're a migrant worker who speaks Spanish you can't get ANYWHERE in there. Heading into the weekend without my meds. Gee, thanks Doctor. You're the best...not.

Every single time, and I mean EVERY single time I request something to be done there is ALWAYS a mistake or some kind of delay. I am pretty sure there is no delays or mistakes when its time to bill me. I am so fed up with this place, I am switching to a different doctor. Heather that answers the phones and suppose to help you literally made me feel like I am upset for no reason and how dare I to be upset with them. When I asked for her information she said she doesn't have to give it to me. Anyways, thank God for Lory who was able to get things done. Finally someone who does their job. Thank you Lory!

If I could rate them zero, I would. Absolutely the worst Dr's office in Holland. Staff will sit and talk on their cell phones while the business phones ring off the hook. Doctors can't follow through with even the simplest tasks like referrals or contacting specialists as promised. Literally can't be bothered to do their jobs. Certainly not concerned with health. Barely a business.
