We were having a great time with them until one of our favorite girl quit. Since then a women who is named Jen has been answering our phone calls, speaking rudely to us when we are trying to ask questions. We have been trying to make payment arrangements with them and now we can't even arrange anything because she doesn't let you speak. She speaks, and continues to talk to you until you seriously hang up in her face. I am highly upset and feel very disrespected by this place and we have stopped going to this dentist because of it. Not that we didn't like his services is the people that answer the phone.
The staff here is always nice and able to answer any questions we have. This company has also been gracious in working with us and our insurance to make sure we have flexible payment options. Will definitely be with them for years.
So far so good with this place. I personally have not experienced any rude staff members here. Just the opposite, everyone has been very friendly and professional. Dr. Wisniewski is very personable, friendly, professional and does great work.
I chipped a tooth and he tried to "fix" the 2 teeth next to it ( I had no issues with them the xray showed a little cav in each) he drilled one of my molars so deep and did not fill it back in like it should have been, felt like I had roots hanging out. I went back from so much pain, he criticized me about "when a tooth is drilled out and then filled.." i said, "do not! tell me about fillings and bla bla.. just fill my tooth in the rest of the way!" then!!! he told me I was right! Now I cannot eat on my right side because they are so spaced out everything gets stuck in there!!! NOW I'm afraid to go to ANY dentist. this quack not only looks like a fool. He is!! Worst "dentist" I've ever been to.
This office including all staff and the doctor have excellent customer service! It’s nice to walk into an office and they call you by name as you walk in the door. Your doctor spends time with you on a personal level, who does that these days? The staff is alway positive and willing to work with you and your budget. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist and his staff. Thank you so much for your full attention and honesty. I love you all!
