My dane absolutely loves the staff here! As well as meeting new people. Does seem like they are understaffed at times...hard to find someone when you need help in the fish section.

Very clean store. Nice layout. Good selection of animals though some cages and cases were empty. They didn't have the type of dog food we were looking for.
Great place to get pet products! This is where I buy my fish, fish tank supplies, rat food, and occasionally superworms for my beardie. Especially good place for fish stuff!
Place is ok. Some workers are well educated and helpful where other workers know nothing about pets. Customer service is usually pretty good here (not always tho). I usually go to chow hound (the staff there is more educated and more helpful)
