This is one of those classic hobby shops that were a staple before Amazon and online shopping. This store had almost anything you could need for any hobby, RC planes helicopters, cars, and parts to build and repair the ones have. Classic plastic and metal models and a large selection of HO and N scale model trains, painting supplies and model rockets, puzzles and games they have nearly everything you could think of. The team that works there is very knowledgeable and one of them seems to be a master builder in almost any hobby parts they sell. I was looking for parts for an RC truck and they opened one they had in the store to verify they were selling me the right parts. Great service and I love being able to get what I need the same day and know that it's right, not waiting days with uncertain online purchases.
I love this place. Fast and friendly service with a knowledgeable staff. Cobblestone hobbies is the place to get all your R.C. needs.
I got car for cheap, long story short I didn’t know the make or model but previous owner put the wrong bearing on it. Thought no big deal someone there will help me out and match up the right bearing. No one at the store could match up a bearing without knowing the make and model. All they had to do was find a bearing that fit not a hard thing to do and instead the owner told me that it was a waste of his time. Do your self a favor and spend your money somewhere else where they will help you
I wanted to get back into electric flying again. I wanted to buy something there, worth a little extra $$ to be able to get service after the sale, bring the plane in if I have questions, etc. So I stopped in to look at the selection. I was browsing for over 10 minutes. There were no other customers in the store, and yet not the owner or the 2 employees present said hello, let alone attempt to help me. If you are going to be a brick and mortar store in this age..you truly need to be exceptional. I have no idea how this place makes it. Back to online hobby shopping with youtube as my after sales support. Sad, but Holland does not have another option.
