Great shoes, reasonable prices, and excellent service!
I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent here. The sales lady was super helpful and patient. I was told I have 30 days to return a shoe that may not work as long as it is in excellent condition. Unfortunately I need to return 1 pair as they ended up hurting my feet, not the sales lady's fault or the store. I will be heading there this week to return them and I have no doubt in my mind the transaction will go smoothly.
Great friendly service, but unfortunately i waited 3 weeks for a pair of Keens to come in, which were not cheap.. $180.00
I had to call them...every time and they never called me once, to keep me posted. I called them at least 6 times. You would think if they wanted the business, they would at least assure me and say, we are going to see what the hold up is. Well, it got to the point that when i called they knew who i was. My company pays for 2 pairs out shoes every 6 months. So this means, I'm sending all my guys to Redwings!!!! So, I'm glad customers have the chance to write reviews. Just in case you forgot..... my name is Richard John Reyes!! Thanks for wasting my time, because when i called the final time to ask if my shoes came in, you said no...i said" I'm sorry, but i need the shoes, I'll have to go elsewhere. She said" ok, bye!!!! Nice!!! Great service.....Not!!!!

Took mom n dad to the bargain basement...dad was in jubilation over his new snow boot!!!
