This place is no place to live they raise the lot rent even tho its close to a mortgage payment they dont think of the real struggle people have while they sit on there bums in there cozy office
Great place to live. Quiet, peaceful, & the neighbors mind their own business for the most part. They have a gym & a nice pool. The girls in the office are a pleasure to work with. The maintenance man is always on it & ready to fix whatever it is that needs to be fixed in a timely matter. The lawns are green in the summer & the mobile homes are nice. We love it here and plan on staying for a while :)
The management is not friendly and they are quite strict. Beware, keep all rent receipts as they like to say you did not pay rent.
Rising rates and a picky staff.
They are always raising the lot rent started at a little less than 300 now a couple of years later it's almost 500
