A small mobile home park. Which is a good thing
Unity with many families together!
Tight corners, narrow lanes, numerous, older, not well maintained homes, lots of clutter everywhere, people don't pay attention & walk in front of you at the drop of a dime, & even, at 10mph make you slam on your breaks to avoid hitting them. Not a nice place to have to visit at all!!! If you don't have family, or friends that are unfortunate enough to have to live here, & you can avoid venturing onto this property I would highly, recommend it.
It's janky here but not horrible.
The lot rent is way to high for what they offer in homes and Imentaties....
