My friend is also really into their thick slices of Texas Toast smothered with butter and grape jelly.

An awesome little restaurant, a must try for those visiting Holland. Serve primarily breakfast foods. Great selection and some more original versions of everyone's favorites. Good prices, very friendly staff. And delicious cinnamon rolls. Go with the original though. The deep fried is good, but loses the cinnamon flavor and is just too much. There are a lot of times the line is out the door, but they move quickly and it's worth the wait.

My daughter had only one thing she wanted for her 19th birthday. She wanted to go to the Windmill Restaurant. She has cerebral Palsy and we had some physical difficult getting there, but we arrived seven minutes before they closed. We were waiting in line behind 2 other groups waiting to be seated. They refused to seat us because they said they were closed. I asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation. He said they were closed and the kitchen was closed. I pointed out to him that they had just seated two other groups seconds ago. His response was he had to draw the line somewhere We left with my daughter in tears.. We have eaten here before, and I really wasn't impressed. My daughter likes it because she can get very plain, simple food. We will and did find a better place. I will not go back here.

Check it out!

I hadn't been to this place in a few years, but I remembered exactly what I needed to get! One enormous cinnamon roll and the hash brown omelet with bacon and cheese. Mind you, the portions are so huge that I shared it with my friend. The best thing about the cinnamon rolls (other than their size) is that they have an adequate amount of icing - and by that I mean it's DRENCHED in the sweet, thick glaze! As far as the hash brown omelet, make sure you get a good bite that has a little bit of everything, because that sharp cheddar and that salty bacon pack a flavorful punch. But I have to admit that if you're just scooping up forkfuls of hash browns, you might want to be prepared with the salt and pepper shaker, because they're a little under-seasoned.

I love love this place! The food is great! You get so much! The home made bread and cinnamon rolls are DELICIOUS!!! The atmosphere is just wonderful!

Lived in Holland all my life and finally went. The food and service was great. My compliments to the cooks and my server, Amber. Not bad 10/10
