Never disappointed in this restaurant.
I can't be too hard on then because the food is good, but Holland needs more competition so these "fancy bars" don't price gouge.
If you're there with a small group, try splitting the sundae with the caramel corn and nuts on top. It's huge but delicious and fun to pass around and share.
My husband and I shared the Bacon BBQ burger with sweet potato fries - both were pretty good. My friend got the Shrimp Tacos and seemed to really enjoy them!
I had the white fish, my friend had the salmon. Beautiful presentation and fabulous meal. Loved seeing all the Santa's, Christmas lights and trees.
My only complaint is that they charge a $2.00 for sharing...
The views from the inside where breath taking and photo worthy. The wait staff and bartenders where helpful, polite and attentive to the needs of the customers.
This place has the perfect view of the sunset over the water at dinner time! And they seem to frequently have live music in the evenings. It's a perfectly relaxing way to end the day!
The food and location is very good. The drink menu is ok. The prices are steep. The menu nickel and dimes you on things like soup or salad on a $30 meal and the prices come across as a place that knows they don't have much competition for quality food in Holland, so they can charge whatever they want.
Beautiful view and relaxing ambience. The Cashew Chicken Stir Fry was seriously one of the best meals I've ever had in my life. The huge pieces of perfectly crisp-cooked veggies (red pepper, carrots, water chestnuts, broccoli, etc.) were an unexpected but delicious surprise. The veggies were so satisfying I felt like I could have skipped the chicken pieces and still be plenty filled up - and I am NOT a veggie lover by nature. I also Love that they served chopsticks with this dish. Thank you, the perfect finishing touch!
Wish I lived closer so I could go back more often!
My mate and myself had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving Day 2017 here. The buffet was was well attended to and kept fresh with many different food items from salads to desserts and most everything in between from fresh oysters and ocean fare along with fresh water fish, to beef, chicken and pork. The dessert tray was outstanding.
When I think of similar priced places where I live (Madison, WI) I could eat similar or better food on the square, in historic restaurants or places with more of a personality. I mean meals over $20 Not including a salad, and you have big screen Tv's everywhere? Kind of an identity crisis if you ask me.
