Taressa was the seller's agent on a house I purchased. I made a full-price offer, did not have an inspection done and thus asked the sellers to fix nothing. Upon obtaining the keys to the house I quickly discovered that they had been less than honest on the disclosure statement, saying that the garage door was in proper working condition. It was not. There was a "trick" to get it to stay closed and I was only given one opener for a double door. Since the seller's "dealt with it" while they lived there, this was what I was told to do as well about this situation. This was a minor fix in the grand scheme of things. The right thing to do would have been to have the seller's take care of it. Tarresa did not agree that the seller's were not completely honest and I got stuck with another repair bill. Be weary when purchasing from her and definitely get an inspection.
