Super fast and friendly service! The phone operator was very nice, quick, and efficient, and they work with most insurance companies. The truck operator, John, was soooo nice and careful but fast with getting the Jeep up there and showed up not long after I called and was on his way in no time! I hope I never have to have a vehicle towed again, but if I do, I'm calling Tim's.
