I have an old Honda Del sol (locked my keys in it) and was worried it may get damaged a bit. But they were super gentle and careful :D Everything I could have hoped for! *He was friendly too.
Good service both in-home and in-store. They fill a niche that is needed; Working with both common and obscure locks. I haven't yet brought them a weird key that they couldn't duplicate.
