Phil was my guy. We had staircases with steps that were black from shoes and dogs. They made the stairs white again. It's like they are brand new. The prices were reasonable too (especially compared to the other companies I had quote the job). I'd hands down use them again.

I am not impressed. I took one run there and called after 3 weeks and it was cleaned after 6. Of course, I paid full price for this long wait period. The second rug I communicated we needed it done in two weeks and it had not been done...very untimely.
As a foster mom for yorkies coming out of the puppy mills, my carpets were a mess. Jeremy came out from Randy's Carpet and did an amazing job. He provided advise, let me know ahead of time what to expect as a result, took the time to do the job correctly and exceeded all my expectations. The carpets look brand new and the evidence of the dogs is gone. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the best. I will call Randy's Carpet again. Thank you for doing such a great job.
