As a customer I've been coming for years and we've loved it as a family. Within the past year their service has been terrible. They claim products are clean and steamed yet they are returned dirty and wrinkled. This last occasion was the last straw, they completely ruined an item I took in. I went to pick it up and when they bring it to me its a faded pink, stained and shrunken. The item I brought in was white, fit well and not stained. Sadly, they didnt offer any type of compensation or even as simple as an apology and they were both (Owner and cashier) extremely rude. I don't reccomend this place for a few extra bucks go to the other dry cleaner down that street.
