The first time I went here I was surprised at the friendly caring atmosphere. They were thorough and precise. I was treated like a person not a number. Last night I was faced with having to go to an urgent care and I happen to live in Fennville but decided to drive all the way to Holland just to go to their Urgent Care on Riley again. I was treated the very same way:) all their workers are very kind and friendly. I would recommend this Urgent Care Center to anyone.
My fiancé brought our son in last night. He's your typical shy 3 year old that doesn't talk to strangers. Doctor was checking him out, asking him questions. Of course he doesn't answer, he doesn't know you. Doctor says "don't know why he has a fever" and sends them on their way.
Won't be taking any of my kids here again and definitely won't recommend this office for anyone that actually wants to figure out what's wrong with their children.
The staff were efficient and caring. The doctor was significantly better than we have encountered at other urgent care facilities. The building was clean, and modern. What a wonderful experience despite the bummer of being sick on vacation!
Took him to his PCP today, found out exactly why he has a fever, he has the flu.
Went to this Urgent care with our 5 year old and 12 month old a few months ago because they both had bad coughs. They were extremely kind and the doctor we had was absolutely awesome, Dr. Brian Cote. Both our girls were properly diagnosed and taken care of. We even stopped in just before they were closing and it did not feel like we were a nuisance at all. Will definitely go here again if we need medical help.
