Went to the hardware dept at 9:35pm, ran into the most helpful knowledgeable guy (Brendan) who, once I showed him a picture of what I was looking for, and purpose, he went about finding exactly what I needed to use to accomplish it, correctly and safely.
First time I've visited this location and it was amazing. Very fresh. Will likely use this location rather then the Zeeland one from now on.
Menards employees are always glad to help. Items on sale are usually hard to find. Ex: tape that was in add was located under the paintcounter not by the tape area.
Always have what I need, decent prices too. Friendly employees and some of them are very knowledgeable.
I only know if every business had employees like Brendan, they'd have Zero complaints, and customers would leave happy and satisfied every time.
Good place for all things building supply wise and more like groceries, auto, home furnishings and holiday wise. Outdoor lumberyard let's you load your vehicle directly on many bulk and larger items. They're app is also pretty good.
He even gave me confidence that I Could safely accomplish this, plus an unanticipated (yet required) task on my own.
