My product went to the wrong store and their customer service did absolutely nothing extra to make it right or assure it got resolved quickly.
The staff in the store seemed nice but my attempt at online ordering with in store pick up was my worst customer service experience ever.

Very helpful staff. We bought our snowblower from here. The next season it wouldn't start. They had it repaired within a couple hours at a reasonable price. They are also a great place for window glass replacement.
I usually go in here to do my ups returns for Amazon... The good thing about this place is that they have extended hours. The ups counter is towards the back but someone up front usually helps with the parcels.
The guys in the store were helpless to fix the problem. So much for trying to buy local.
