Some things will NEVER change!
This was a big reason I stayed away from this Walmart because of slow check-outs.
I really appreciate the self checkouts which were added recently it makes it much easier to get on your way.
As always when I go to Walmart, there were long lines at every register that was open (which was few)!
I always shop at Walmart great prices but the wait in lines over powers it. So many lines and three lanes open only it's to much to stand there and wait 10 min or more at time with children, even the speedy line self check out see all full and impossible to stand in line when it's all the way to the woman department and only carrying one to two items it's ridiculous. I really think that they need to come up with more efficient way to help customers in checking out
Of course the time of day greatly effects a how easy the checkouts are.
Being it's the holidays, you'd think they'd have more open registers, but they don't.
I only come here because for some reason none of the other stores in town sell the odds and ends I need like colored candles and small envelopes. The lines hella suck. They need to take out four of the checkouts and add in self checkouts. (They put in self checkouts and the lines are much better. Sadly this apparently came at the cost of a less clean store. 2017)
The lines are long and the cashiers not friendly at all. The management needs to find a better way to find people to work for them. When employees refuse to work the register and lines are too long....there is a problem. The store needs to be bigger and clean and have happy people there.....try paying a higher wage to get quality people.....it is sad. I have been to better Walmart's and this one in Holland, Michigan isn't it.
I try not to shop there bc of that FACT. Meijer never has lines like Walmart.
Went in for about 20 items and found them all in stock . ( About 5:30 pm on Thursday )
