Not only can you buy items online and have it sent to your house, you can also order online and pick up in the store. They do compete with some bigger stores like Walmart and Amazon, so check their prices to see if they have the same items first before going to them. I've also received a 20% off coupon a few times, which brings the price down even more!
I ordered an item and it never showed up. emailed 3 times to follow up with no response from BBB. Called customer service and they said for some unknown reason it was cancelled so they reordered it or me. Never showed up. I called two times more and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. This is the second time they did this. Have spent many thousands of dollars at BBB in recent years but will now shop elsewhere.
