She's all about getting you & your pet out of their in breakneck speed without any effort or concern. And if you have any questions, forget it: she's already out the door for the next money grab. Yep, it's all about the $$$ for that woman.
Dr. Jim and Dr. Sue are incredibly gifted professionals with great bedside manners. They exhibit much attention and unyielding care to all of our pets.
Their communications skills are spotty at best. An associate will answer the phone without identifying themselves then ask you for the nature of the call. Assuming they're directing your concerns to the proper person, they put you on hold; another employee picks up, asks you why are you on hold and you need to repeat your story and then they will put you on hold again. This happens EVERY time.
Dr. Kay is a whole kettle of fish - and a cold one at that!
Great veterinarian services. They are fairly priced, my dogs don't mind going there, and they always try to give you options to best suit your needs.
And lastly, Josh, the tech at AC, is incompetent. He usually appears confused and flustered in many situations, not only with us, but with other clients as well. He customarily blunders on relaying information properly to the physicians (Red flag!), has poor listening abilities and on many occasions cannot perform the simple act of locating a patient file on the pc.
I guess this is the result of when one employs a husband of another employee.
I'd give the Clinic more stars but a few of their staff members leave a lot to be desired.
Absolutely love this vet office. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean but does not have the harsh chemical smell. I would highly recommend taking your pet here.
Terrible customer service from every employee I spoke with. My family hit a rough patch financially about a year ago and we weren't able to pay our balance owed (which wasn't extreme). I received multiple rude and threatening letters in the mail about paying up or being sent to collections. When i called to work out a payment arrangement they said it was too late and i had to pay the balance in full or be sent to collections. So i let them send it to collection.

I found a much better vet with amazing customer service who contacted them to fax records for my two dogs and they refused. I called shortly after and was once again treated very rudely. They said they weren't going to give anyone the records until my balance was paid. When i started to explain how that was ridiculous and those records are for my animals and I should be able to access them at any time, the manager (Heather) immediately shut me down and said she would send them wherever i wanted them as long as she didn't have to continue this conversation. Wow! Amazing management style Heather. I've never been treated this way by any animal clinic and i hope i dont have to deal with it in the future. If it was that easy to send the records why didn't they just take care of it. Why make both the clinic and myself call, spend five minutes telling me that i owe you money while refusing to send the records and then do it anyways. Ridiculous. I would never go back.
