Great service
The driver was very nice and was courteous. However, I called the night before to schedule and gave them my address and even spelled the street name. Come 6am, pick up time, and turns out the dispatch gave them a street that sounds like my street name, and was on the other side of town. If I didn't build in a extra time. I would have missed my train. The car was aweful. The drivers rent the cars (I asked) so I can review the company on the quality of the car. The headliner was drooping, no A/C, and we had to drive with interior ceiling lights on since the gauge cluster lights didn't work. And cab companies wonder why people use Uber. When are there going to be Uber drivers in Holland!?
My drivers have always been on time and the company is very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this cab company!
They never came i was forced to to stay at my house and be late for class
I set a pickup for my little brother to get to work, they never showed up to get him and wouldn't answer the phone when we called. 2 hours after his scheduled pickup time we finally got through to someone, and they said they had him down for a completely different day and time. I had originally called to make the reservation and made the girl read the date and time back to me. We were going to arrange multiple pickups through them, but now we will be looking elsewhere.
