This venue comes VERY highly recommended. Just about the most intimate theatre between musician(s) and audience. Also between staff and audience. Always a fun time at the Park Theatre. The venue sounds great, due to the great acoustics and the "inhouse" professional sound engineers. The venues house lighting is a pretty good set up, it gets better every year and is capable of lighting up national acts. However, to sweeten the pot, the theatre often partners with Textures Event Lighting who is also a 5 star business. Great things going on at this small time theatre, take a chance and make the drive! You won't be let down.
A historic movie theater turned into a concert and rentable event venue. A non-profit organization that is and has been renovating the building, slowly fixing and updating things along the way. Features a huge stage, a killer sound and lighting system and a bar that serves beer, wine and liquor. With the balcony the Park has a maximum capacity of about 300 people - which makes for an intimate setting for concerts. Affordable rental rates. Great staff. A place I went to see movies when I was a kid. I still find it just as magical and mystical.
First time in the Park Theatre and I was impressed. It was old school and neat. The people running it were AWESOME, FRIENDLY, WELCOMING and VERY HELPFUL. A BIG APPLAUSE TO YOU ALL FOR HOSTING THE EVENT TONIGHT FOR RJ and his family. YOU ALL ROCK!!
Went to take in Open Mic. Warm, welcoming, and helpful staff and atmosphere. Supportive crowd. Physically chilly, inside. Nice, broad selection of beer. Good specials. Pizza looked delicious.
