Over the years I have grown very cautious when seeking repair specialists. After reading reviews here I stopped by Great Lakes Plumbing and visited with Mark. Spending just a few minutes together I was put at ease. Mark suggested how I could possibly save money by calling the mfg. about parts. Who does this? It was lucky I owned Delta and am the first owner. They cheerfully supplied free all the parts for two of my shower and bath fixtures. Rodney messaged his picture and said he was on the way yesterday morning...on time. He did a great job on four repairs in a very short time. I was actually pleased with the bill...I was afraid it would be more! I highly recommend this plumbing service. Larry W.
Extremely impressive! I filled out the online form Sunday night at 10:00pm, received a call Monday morning at 7:30am, and my toilet was working again Monday morning by 10:00. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing repair!!!!
I tried calling three other places 1st for a service call today due to water leaking into my basement from my shower upstairs, two didn't answer and the other said they were booked over a week out. I came across some good reviews for this company and gave them a call. Mark answered my call and was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, he said the could be there same day!! Later this afternoon Matt showed up and fixed my original concern and three other minor ones as well. He was extremely efficient and the price was great. I now have a new 1st call for plumbing and you should too!! Great job guys, keep up the good work.
